Large Financial Institution - Managed the on-going operations for a large asset and worked closely with the legal and accounting groups to prepare the exit strategy. Our work led to the direct sale of the asset at the full asking price.
Large Retail Corporation - Worked with the accounting team and prepared an operational plan for the company. The final plan resulted in the retail company downsizing and successfully disposing of select retail sites.
Several Large Companies - Formed and led cross-functional teams to implement marketing programs. Our work resulted in the production of quality packaging and advertising programs.
Large Pension Fund - Combined accounting and real estate teams to implement new strategies for purchase and disposition of assets. Through our assistance, this fund changed its investment direction.
Federal Regulator – Led and managed the multiple teams to close down financial institutions. Team members conducted audits to determine the status of the bank loan defaults. Worked with the auditors to define the ongoing default issues and identify loans that could be sold immediately. Prepared varied exit strategies for large portfolios of loans. In other areas, provided portfolio analysis, packaging, and litigation support in the takeover, disposition, and successful litigation with other savings banks.
Large Technology Manufacturer - Assisted in evaluating and optimizing organizational structure relative to technical competencies, resource deployment and market segment growth potential.
